No. 2jay bet strictly allows one account per player. Duplicate accounts are flagged automatically and will be closed, with any associated balances or bonuses forfeited. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will typically need to provide a clear photo of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back — and a selfie holding the CNIC next to your face. JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast deposits are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfers can take between a few minutes and a few hours depending on your bank. If your deposit has not appeared after two hours and the payment was deducted from your source account, contact live chat support with your transaction reference number — our finance team will resolve it quickly.

The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed on the Deposit page next to each option. Generally, the minimum is set at an accessible level for all Pakistani players. Log in to your account and navigate to the Wallet or Cashier section, then select Withdrawal. Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include pending KYC verification, an active bonus with wagering requirements not yet met, or a temporary queue during peak processing times such as PSL match days. Cricket & Sports Betting

2jay bet covers all major cricket formats — Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Test matches, ODIs and domestic tournaments. Beyond cricket, you can bet on football including international fixtures, esports titles such as CS:GO and Dota 2, and other popular sports. In-play betting lets you place bets on a match while it is actually happening — ball by ball in cricket, minute by minute in football. Odds update in real time as the match situation changes, so a team that loses two early wickets will see their win odds drift out while the opposing team's odds shorten. Simply open a live match from the Bet section, select your market and stake and confirm your bet. Minimum stake amounts apply.

If a cricket match is abandoned due to rain, poor light or any other reason before enough overs have been bowled to produce a result under DLS method, all pre-match bets on the match result will be voided and your stake returned to your wallet. Settled markets — such as top batsman for an innings already completed — remain settled. In-play bets placed after the match began may be settled differently depending on the specific market rules, which are displayed within the bet section.

Winning bets are settled and credited to your account wallet as soon as the relevant market is confirmed — for most cricket matches this happens within minutes of the final result. Your updated balance is visible immediately in your account dashboard. Pre-match bets on the overall match result are settled after the official result is confirmed; individual player or over-specific markets may settle earlier during the match.

Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is automatically available to all newly registered players on their first deposit. After you complete registration and make your first qualifying deposit, the bonus is credited to your account as a bonus balance. Claiming is straightforward — you do not need a promo code in most cases, just deposit the qualifying amount.

A wagering requirement (sometimes called a playthrough requirement) means you need to bet a certain total amount before your bonus balance becomes withdrawable as real cash. For example, if you receive a PKR 2,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus converts. Yes. All bonuses at 2jay bet have an expiry date, which is clearly displayed in your account dashboard when the bonus is active. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the expiry date, the remaining bonus balance is removed automatically. The expiry window varies by bonus type — welcome bonuses typically have a longer window while reload or event-specific bonuses during PSL season may have shorter timeframes. Mobile App

The 2jay bet app is available as an Android APK — it is not on the Google Play Store, so you download it directly from our site. Visit the Download page, tap the download button and the APK file will save to your phone. Before installing, go to your phone's Settings > Security and enable "Install from unknown sources" (or "Install unknown apps"). Then open the downloaded APK file and follow the on-screen prompts. The whole process takes under a minute on a standard 4G connection.

Currently the dedicated 2jay bet app is available for Android only. iOS users can access the full platform through the mobile browser on their iPhone or iPad — the website is fully responsive and works smoothly on Safari. All features including live betting, deposits, withdrawals and account management are available through the browser version. An iOS app may be added in the future, so check the App page for updates.

The most common reason the APK does not install is that "Install from unknown sources" is not enabled on your device. Check your phone settings and enable it for your browser or file manager app. If you get an error message saying the file is corrupted, delete it and re-download from the Download page — this usually means the download was interrupted. VIP Programme
